Welcome to Clay County Rehab Center located in Flora, IL. CCRC is a 501( c )3 Not-for-Profit Agency overseen by a volunteer Board of Directors. The Agency was incorporated in 1974. CCRC is a vocational workshop that serves individuals with developmental disabilities in Southeastern Illinois. CCRC is proud to be nationally accredited by CARF - Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities.
